1. How long does shipping take?
Processing: 3-7 business days. Shipping: 7-20 business days via freight carrier (contiguous US). You'll receive tracking and the carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

2. What are shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout based on size/weight. Coffee tables, TV cabinets, and shelves have separate freight charges. Free shipping on qualifying orders.

3. Do you ship outside the contiguous US?
Currently, only to the contiguous 48 states.

4. Do items require assembly?
Yes, most items require assembly (attaching legs, shelves, doors, hardware). Instructions and tools included. Often requires two people for larger items.

5. What types of coffee tables do you offer?
We offer lift-top coffee tables (storage inside), nesting tables (multiple sizes), storage coffee tables (drawers or shelves), and round/oval tables. Materials: wood, engineered wood (MDF), metal, glass.

6. What types of TV cabinets do you offer?
We offer media consoles, corner TV stands, wall units, and floating TV stands. Features include open shelving, cable management, drawers, and glass doors.

7. What types of shelves do you offer?
We offer wall-mounted shelves, floating shelves, freestanding bookcases, corner shelves, and ladder shelves. Materials: wood, MDF, metal, glass.

8. How much weight can these hold?

  • Coffee tables: 50-150 lbs (top surface)

  • TV cabinets: Top shelf: 50-200 lbs (depending on TV size); side shelves: 20-50 lbs

  • Shelves (wall-mounted): 20-50 lbs (depending on mounting)

  • Shelves (freestanding): 50-300 lbs per shelf (check product specs)

9. How do I care for my furniture?

  • Wood/MDF: Dust with dry cloth; wipe spills immediately; use coasters; avoid direct sunlight.

  • Glass: Clean with glass cleaner and soft cloth.

  • Metal: Wipe with damp cloth; dry thoroughly.

  • Check hardware periodically; tighten if needed.

10. Do I need to anchor tall furniture to the wall?
Yes. For tall shelves or TV cabinets (over 30 inches), we strongly recommend anchoring to the wall using the provided anti-tip devices to prevent tipping, which can cause serious injury or death. Follow installation instructions.

11. What safety standards do your products meet?

  • Shelves and TV cabinets (tall units): Comply with ASTM F3096 anti-tip standards where applicable.

  • General furniture: ASTM stability standards.

  • Glass components: Tempered glass for safety.
